Пришло хорошо упаковано. Правда коробочка немного помялась. Но товар не повреждён. Ощущения очень непривычные. И советую начинать с режима на 2-3. А потом увеличивать после того как привыкнешь. Хотя у каждого конечно своя чувствительность. На счёт помогает ли, сказать точно пока не могу. Слишком мало времени использовала. Но уже после второго применения стало интересно, и сейчас делаю каждый день. Вообщем советую тем, кто многое уже перепробовал, но ничего не нашёл. По крайней мере впечатления от этого прибора вы точно получите. Я покупкой довольна. Если вдруг, что не понравиться, потом дополню отзыв.
